Step 1: Full One-on-One Assessment (60 min)

We meet in person or on Zoom to chat, assess your movement, and understand your abilities and goals. This isn’t a standard personal training session — it’s a deep dive to build a strong foundation.

Step 2: Custom Workout Plan

I create a program tailored to you (or you and a partner), designed for independent implementation while ensuring safety and progression.

Step 3: Guided Workout Video

An hour-long video shows you exactly how to perform every exercise with confidence, at home or anywhere you like.

Step 4: Follow-Up & Adjustments

Check back in 4–6 weeks to review progress and tweak the program for continued results.
