What we do:

This is not random workouts.

Every session is designed with intention — building strength, improving movement, and helping you feel more capable in your body.

We focus on:

• Full-body strength training

• Smart progressions over time

• Proper form and technique

• Building muscle in a sustainable way

How it works

• 50-minute private sessions

• In-person (preferred for new clients) or Zoom

• Minimum commitment: 2 sessions per week

Why? Because consistency is what creates real change — and this structure ensures you actually see and feel progress.
